It has nearly been a month now since we celebrated Charis' 2 year old birthday party on May 30th. This past month has been busy with visitors, mission teams, and lots of different ministry opportunities. I am going to try and update on all of that these next few days. For a whole week before Charis birthday, Righteous, Nevaeh, and I worked on coloring her decorations everyday during her nap time. I decided to make a map and have her do 8 different clues until she completed everything by going with coke bottles to the duka (little shops here) and drinking that with cake and ice-cream. We made our own pinyata from paper macheting a balloon. Instead pin the tail on the donkey we made pin the princess dress on Dora. In these pictures you can see some of the posters we colored from looking at some books. You can see that Baby Samara is starting to be awake more often, and always wants to join in the fun of whatever we are doing. If she is left alone in a room she will cry. We all love her and it is fun seeing her be awake throughout the day.
