We have arrived back from Wisconsin to Virginia for a week now. We had a blessed time being with the Kelly family who are getting ready to move to Kenya in August. It brought back memories when we first had the call to go to Kenya and had to make all the arrangements to either pack or sell all that we owned- to say good bye to so many loved ones, head into a country that is far across the ocean to a different culture with many new challenges to learn. I know this act of obedience will bring them closer to the Lord and do so much for His Kingdom. It is not easy to leave everything you know but it is always worth it to follow wherever He takes us.
On a lighter note: two observations of Wisconsin
1)Watch for snow mobile signs on the side of the road.
2) The delicious cheese curds that really do squeak in your teeth.
Finally I wanted to put some pictures up. I had left my camera in Virginia so that is why there has been a lack of pictures up for the past month.

My kids activities to stay occupied in the car or on the plane rides.

Our new Kenya students that will arrive this coming September for their 16 month internship.
This is given to us from the children who come to Friday worship time at Bethany church. They not only prayed for our family but drew us pictures to encourage us.
Thank you children for reminding us that we do not have to be afraid but that God will lead us and protect us!
