Long time no Type

It's been so long since I last blogged. Life has been so busy it has just been a blur time is flying by! God is so good to us He has allowed us to be a part of His work and what He is doing in our town and it is truly amazing! There are so many exciting things going on! We have just finished training our second group of interns. They were amazing it was a blessings to see God grow them in so many ways and to get to help as well!

We are also in the process of constructing a girl's school for the local community here along with our local church here in our town. It has been quite a challenge and I am learning on the job because things a re done so differently here but God is good and we are moving forward by His grace. We hope to help educate the young forgotten female children of our region. Through this project we are also exploring our options in Adult Literacy( teaching people to read and write English specifically) Globalization is taking place at such an alarming rate the world is becoming a small village so English is used very vastly.

We are also in the middle of some heavy proposal's to pursue intense Agricultural training for locals to help people be self sustaining and live off the land some what. It is an Integrated Land development project where you maximize the potential of the land you have to it's full use.

We also did some minor renovations of a local school repainting and making new chalkboards for them it's amazing at what a little bit of paint and work can do!

To some this may just look like a bunch of nice stuff to do and people may struggle to see the value in the way we approach our work here. But a lot of what we do here is to offer love in all ways through education and improving life. Sometimes people wonder how we are any different than an NGO(non governmental organization such as UNICEF, Red Cross, etc..) The difference is everything we do here is because we love and more importantly because He loves and commanded us to do the same! Our goal as a family is to show the people of our town the Love of Him by the way we live and the way we treat others. At the end of all things is knowing Him and making Him known.
